Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: Generally speaking, we provide one year warranty for all products bought from us. During warranty, if any quality issue or manufacturing defect found and not able to be repaired locally, we provide free part for replacement. Besides, we provide lifetime technical guidance and spare parts support at basic cost.
Q: What kind of aftersales support can you provide?
A: We provide user mannual together with the product. Besides, we agree to provide online technical guidance by video and photos.If for important project, we can also provide site support based on paid service.
Q: What's your trading terms?
A: As a manufacture, we are flexible on trading terms depending on our preference, EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CPT, etc
A: T/T is the most commonly used payment terms, If the order amount is big, L/C is applicable too.
Q: What's the delivery time of your products?
